In 1947, a group of visionary leaders formed the Fir State Golf Club in Seattle with a mission to promote diversity and inclusion in golf, and to break down prominent institutional and social barriers to access to the game and the wealth of social resources within. As we enter 2023, our club cherishes 75 years of promoting inclusive golf with nearly 100 active members. Although the game of golf and its influence continues to grow, it is as clear as ever that benefits of this great game remain out of reach for far too many. For this reason, we invite YOU to collaborate with us and to share in our mission.
