- Late RSVP request for the Quarterhorse to Nate Gary
- Players are responsible for greens fee and cart rental at clubhouse.
- Arrive 10 minutes prior to first tee time for any last-minute tee assignment adjustments.
- Group scorer is responsible for recording and forwarding a copy of scorecard to Playing Captain for the day.
